Group Sales & Client Management:
• Respond to Group Sales Inquiries: Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients, responding promptly to inquiries about our escape room experiences, packages, and pricing for corporate, school, church, and other group events.
• Lead Generation & Follow-up: Proactively generate new sales leads by researching potential clients (companies, schools, churches, etc.), following up on past inquiries, and nurturing relationships to secure bookings.
• Booking Coordination: Once a client is ready to confirm their booking, relay key details (event time, number of participants, special requests, etc.) to the local venue teams to ensure smooth event scheduling.
• Sales Reporting & Tracking: Utilize CRM tools to track sales leads, booking statuses, and conversions. Provide weekly or monthly reports to management regarding sales performance and upcoming opportunities.
• Client Communication: Ensure timely and effective communication with clients before, during, and after the booking process, maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Administrative Support: Assist with client database management, maintain accurate records of communications, and help with other administrative tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate:
• Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for client interactions and marketing content creation.
• Proactive & Customer-Focused: A self-starter who enjoys engaging with clients and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. You should be comfortable making the sales process seamless for clients and working independently.

• Available for 15-20 Hours per Week: Must be available during business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST) and ensure timely responses to all inquiries within 24 hours.
Sales Incentives & Performance Bonuses:
