JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for experienced professionals in the Greek-life custom apparel space—people who already understand the chaos, the timelines, and the expectations behind Bid Day drops, recruitment rushes, and last-minute revisions.

This is not entry-level.
Greek custom apparel experience is required.


Roles & Experience We’re Open To:
PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

-Managing custom apparel orders end-to-end
-Coordinating with suppliers, decorators, or overseas factories
-Tracking approvals, revisions, timelines, and deadlines
-Understanding MOQs, lead times, and production limitations

SALES ASSOCIATE

-Direct communication with sorority & fraternity clients
-Handling quotes, follow-ups, and order confirmations
-Managing multiple chapters at once without dropping the ball
-Experience selling or supporting Greek apparel orders

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

-Creating Greek-life apparel mockups
-Designing for hoodies, sweatpants, tees, tanks, embroidery, screen print, etc.
-Strong understanding of Greek aesthetics, trends, and standards
-Comfortable with revisions and rush timelines

REQUIREMENTS:
-Direct experience in Greek custom apparel (required)
-Strong communication skills
-High attention to detail
-Ability to work under tight deadlines
-Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment
-Reliable internet and availability during U.S. business hours (or overlap)
