Graphics Designer Needed - Day Shift

We’re on the hunt for a highly skilled graphic designer who can handle both print and digital projects with confidence. If you’ve got the creative chops and the technical discipline to back it up, keep reading—this might be your next long-term gig.

- Growth Path: As our business scales, retainer and hours will increase. We’re looking for a designer to grow with us and become our go-to creative partner.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work on a wide range of projects—from sleek digital collateral to apparel, merchandise, signage, and large-format print. Expect both template-based and from-scratch creative work.

Print & Digital Skills
-Mastery of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (latest Creative Cloud required)

-Print production know-how (CMYK vs RGB, Pantone, preparing files for print/decoration)

-Experience designing:

--Sublimated shirts & apparel (polos, singlets, headwear)

--Logos & branding packages

--Merchandise & promotional products (following supplier guidelines)

--Mockups and large-scale graphics (vehicle wraps, signage, billboards)

-Ability to follow templates & maintain clean, organised files

-Comfortable with short turnarounds (sometimes within 12 hrs)

What We Need From You
-Latest Adobe Creative Cloud licence (non-negotiable)

-Your own reliable computer setup (home-based role)

-Good communication skills and ability to clarify briefs

-Strong attention to detail and file organisation

-Fluent English (written & spoken)

-Ability to work within AEST hours (8 AM – 4 PM)

-Time tracked using ClickUp
