Location: Remote (Overseas, Eastern Time Hours)
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hrs weekly)
Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Eastern Time (with the flexibility to work additional hours independently)

About Us:
We are a dynamic and fast-paced company looking for a talented Graphic Web Designer to join our creative team. This individual will be responsible for designing engaging and performance-driven visuals for advertising campaigns, adhering to brand guidelines, and creating content for organic social media channels. If you have strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite, a knack for creating eye-catching ads, and thrive with clear direction, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
-Advertising Creative: Design high-quality visuals for search and social ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) with a focus on performance. This includes mobile-first layouts, clear CTAs, and attention-grabbing graphics.
-Organic Social Media: Create engaging content for social platforms that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
-Video Content: Develop short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Stories. This includes animations, motion graphics, and live-action edits tailored to each channel.
-Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines while adapting them to different formats and platforms.
-Collaboration: Work closely with the paid media and social teams to align creative assets with campaign objectives, using feedback and performance data to refine designs.
-Organization: Maintain a structured file organization system for easy access and future use.


Qualifications:
-Design Expertise: Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with tools like After Effects, Canva, Figma, or Upgrade to see actual info.
-Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of ad specifications and best practices for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and other platforms.
-Video Skills: Ability to create and edit short-form video content for social media and advertising.
-Attention to Detail: A keen eye for maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to brand guidelines.
-Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively within an international team.
-Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills:
-Experience with A/B testing ad creatives and optimizing designs based on performance metrics like CTR and conversion rates.
-Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and how design impacts campaign performance.
