Graphic Designer for Merchandise

Need to be able to create design concepts for t-shirts/hats/hoodies etc, for a merch line for a college town bar. Would need to be able to be on zooUpgrade to see actual infoetings once a week to review designs and edit for final review. Must be able to speak some English.
