About the company:

We’re a brand-new agency that partners with early-stage Amazon sellers to help them grow profitably. Our services focus on strategic advertising, listing optimization, creative production, and data-driven decision making. Our clients are small but serious — they’re looking to grow sustainable brands on Amazon and beyond.

We’re still building our internal systems, so things can be messy at times — but we’re committed to delivering excellent results for our clients and building a thoughtful, agile team to do it.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled graphic designer with strong marketing instincts and excellent English communication. You’ll be helping create the visuals that make our clients’ products stand out — especially on Amazon. This includes everything from A+ content and product listing images to full Amazon storefronts.

We need someone who can take a brief, ask the right questions, and run with it — someone who understands that “looking good” and “selling well” go hand in hand.



Key Responsibilities
• Design compelling, high-converting:
• Amazon A+ content
• Product listing images
• Amazon brand storefronts
• (Occasional brand or social assets as needed)
• Collaborate with the team using ClickUp (or similar tools)
• Interpret creative briefs with minimal hand-holding
• Balance aesthetics with strategy and performance
• Receive and implement feedback in a timely, professional way


Must-Haves
• Proven experience designing for Amazon (A+ content, storefronts, listings)
• Strong grasp of design for performance and conversion
• Excellent English communication skills
• A portfolio that shows relevant Amazon/e-commerce work
• Independent, self-managed work style
• Flexibility to adapt to a developing and fast-changing workflow



Important Notes

This role starts with no guaranteed hours. We are in the building stage and still developing our internal structure and systems. If you’re someone who thrives in a scrappy, entrepreneurial environment, you’ll likely enjoy this work.
