Graphic Designer and Embroidery Digitizer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing screen printing and embroidery business. You must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create high-quality designs for apparel and promotional products. Experience with Wilcom embroidery software is a plus but not required.

In addition to designing for screen printing and embroidery, you may also assist with basic social media content creation and management for our eCommerce business.

Responsibilities:
• Create vector designs in Adobe Illustrator for screen printing.
• Prepare and edit images in Photoshop for mockups and digital printing.
• (If experienced) Use Wilcom embroidery software to digitize artwork for embroidery.
• Ensure designs meet technical specifications for printing and embroidery.
• Assist with social media graphics (optional) for Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Communicate effectively with our team and adjust designs based on feedback.

Qualifications:
• Required: Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Required: Experience with Wilcom embroidery software.
• Hands on experience in screen printing and embroidery is a major plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of social media graphics and content creation is a bonus.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
