Graphic Designer Work From Home Year Round (Multi year)

We are looking for designers who are seeking long term employment to work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM - PST. (Vancouver, Canada)

Please do not apply if you're only looking for part-time or Gig work.

Job Description
Duties:
- Design signs and banners for print production
- Develop quick layout designs based on client briefs
- Communicate with clients through emails and calls from start to finish of the order process in a timely manner
- Update progress of each order constantly in Filemaker
- List order specifics in Excel as well as client’s information
- Troubleshoot any potential mistakes that can be encountered when printing
- Ensure every email has been replied to and all follow-ups are finished before the day ends

Qualifications and Skills:
- Graphic Design emphasis is on production skills, rather than design
- Must be highly experienced with Adobe Illustrator
- Knowing even the basics of CorelDraw is a HUGE plus
- Has keen eye for details (must be able to spot mistakes and imperfections)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT)
- Fluent in English both in writing and speech
- Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and a friendly outgoing attitude are an asset.
- Must be able to work independently and make decisions with minimal direction from superiors
- Must possess superior time-management skills
- Must have stable internet

We have 2 full-time Year-round positions available.

We have designers with over 5 years with the company.
