The Role

We need a skilled graphic designer who understands how to create static ads that stop scrollers and drive conversions. You'll work closely with our marketing and copywriting teams to transform effective messaging angles into visually engaging ads across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-converting static ads for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google)
- Develop visually compelling before/after transformations that maintain authenticity
- Design ads that effectively communicate key benefits and emotional hooks
- Adapt successful messaging angles into various visual formats
- Ensure brand consistency while testing new visual approaches
- Work with multiple aspect ratios and platform requirements
- Collaborate with copywriters to integrate compelling headlines and text

Qualifications

- Portfolio demonstrating experience creating conversion-focused static ads
- Strong understanding of direct response design principles
- Experience with health/wellness/beauty products preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva (especially Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Understanding of how visual elements impact conversion rates
- Ability to work quickly and iterate based on performance data
- Knowledge of social media platform requirements and best practices
