• Color separation
• Proofs for our customers

Job Overview
As our Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for:
• Creating fast mockups of custom shirts with client logos
• Performing color separations
• Preparing proofs for production

This role demands speed, accuracy, attention to detail, and clear communication with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

High-Speed Mockups for Clients
• Use pre-made templates to create mockups of shirts with logos
• Deliver fast turnaround with clean, professional visuals
• Modify mockups based on client feedback

Color Separation for Screen Printing
• Prepare artwork for print with correct file setup and separation

Proof Creation & Finalization
• Generate proofs showing design placement, size, and details
• Apply revisions based on client input

File Management & Organization
• Keep all files organized and easily accessible for edits

Occasional Logo Design & Adjustments
• Refine or create new logos when needed

Customer & Team Communication
• Coordinate mockup changes with customers
• Communicate with the team to keep production smooth

Task Flexibility & Adaptability
• Switch easily between tasks (mockups, proofs, logo edits, etc.)

Qualifications
• Proficient in Photoshop & Illustrator (Must be highly skilled)
• Fast & reliable computer (Must handle large design files)
• Dual monitors required (Essential for workflow speed)
• Excellent English (Written and verbal communication)
• High-speed internet (Stable remote work connection)
• Detail-oriented (Especially with color separations)
• Responsible & reliable (Daily attendance, meeting deadlines)
• Fast & efficient (Quick turnaround without compromising quality)
• Adaptable & flexible (Comfortable shifting between priorities)

Schedule & Pay
• Starting Pay: $3/hour (Raises & bonuses available based on performance)
• Weekly Payments (Get paid every week)
• Shifts Available (Choose your fixed shift) We operate 7 days a week. Let us know your availability.

Shift Options (Chicago Time > Philippines Time):

Team A – Monday to Thursday (24 hrs/week)

A1: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM CST > 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM PHT
A2: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM CST > 2:00 AM – 8:00 AM PHT
A3: 7:00 PM – 1:00 AM CST > 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM PHT

Team B – Friday to Sunday (18 hrs/week)

B1: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM CST > 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM PHT
B2: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM CST > 2:00 AM – 8:00 AM PHT
B3: 7:00 PM – 1:00 AM CST > 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM PHT

Shifts are fixed — same start/end time each day.
Extra shifts may be offered based on workload.
