We’re looking for a highly efficient Graphic Designer to handle high-speed mockups, color separation, and proofs for our customers. If you’re skilled in Photoshop & Illustrator, work quickly without sacrificing accuracy, and have excellent English skills, this could be the perfect role for you!


Job Overview:

As our Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility will be creating high-speed mockups of custom shirts with client logos. You’ll also be responsible for color separation and preparing proofs for production. This role requires speed, accuracy, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure clients receive mockups that help finalize their orders efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

High-Speed Mockups for Clients
• Use our pre-made templates to quickly generate mockups of shirts with customer logos.
• Ensure fast turnaround while maintaining clean, professional visuals.
• Adapt mockups based on client feedback or requested adjustments.

Color Separation for Screen Printing
• Prepare artwork for printing by separating colors correctly and ensuring proper file setup.

Proof Creation & Finalization
• Create customer proofs to confirm design placement, size, and details before production.
• Make any necessary adjustments based on customer feedback.

File Management & Organization
• Keep all mockups, proofs, and separated files structured and easily accessible for revisions.

Occasional Logo Design & Adjustments
• When needed, refine or create new logo designs following our set procedures.

? Customer & Team Communication
• Work with customers to adjust mockups or proofs as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth production workflow.

? Task Flexibility & Adaptability
• Easily switch between tasks—one Upgrade to see actual infont handling a high-speed mockup, the next refining a proof.



Qualifications:

? Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator – Must be highly skilled in both.
? Fast & Reliable Computer – Must handle large design files smoothly.
? Dual Monitors Required – A two-screen setup is necessary for efficiency.
? Excellent English Skills – Must communicate clearly with customers and the team.
? High-Speed Internet – Stable connection required for seamless remote work.
? Detail-Oriented – Strong focus on accuracy, especially with color separations.
? Responsible & Reliable – We need someone who shows up every day and meets deadlines.
? Fast & Efficient – Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
? Adaptable & Flexible – Comfortable jumping between tasks as priorities shift.



Schedule & Pay:

Starting Pay: $3 per hour (with opportunities for raises and bonuses based on performance).
Weekly Payments – Get paid every week.
Shifts Available:
We operate 7 days a week, including weekends, and have multiple shifts available.

Shift Options (Chicago Time > Philippines Time):

Monday – Thursday (Team A)
• A1: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM CST > 9:00 PM – 3:00 AM PHT
• A2: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM CST > 3:00 AM – 9:00 AM PHT
• A3: 7:00 PM – 1:00 AM CST > 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT

Friday – Sunday (Team B)
• B1: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM CST > 9:00 PM – 3:00 AM PHT
• B2: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM CST > 3:00 AM – 9:00 AM PHT
• B3: 7:00 PM – 1:00 AM CST > 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT

Shifts are fixed and do not rotate – your start and end time will always be the same.
Team A works Monday-Thursday (24 hours per week).
Team B works Friday-Sunday (18 hours per week).
Additional shifts may be available based on workload.
