Graphic Designer - Facebook Ads

BATCH is a fast-growing ecommerce company looking for an elite graphic designer.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of graphic design experience
- Mastery of Figma -> you should know all the shortcuts and be able to create/edit content QUICKLY
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
- Experience creating Facebook style ads (stills/statics) based on examples
- Ability to follow instructions - here is your first test: include the word "baseball" in your application.
- Mastery of English and excellent communication skills - reply promptly and thoughtfully to any teaUpgrade to see actual infossages (email/slack), and to any communications related to this job posting. I really like people who respond quickly, hint hint.
- Direct response copywriting skills are a plus, but not necessary
- Ability to work at least 4 hours in our timezone (CST 9am-5pm).

Responsibilities
- Creating publish-ready Facebook ads. Lots of them.
- Finding high-performing ads from other companies
- Creating graphic content for emails/website

Looking to hire someone within 1-2 weeks. Starting hours are 30 hrs/wk but could increase to full-time.
