Graphic Designer – Custom Merchandise, Mockups & Production Artwork

Full-Time | Long-Term | Night Shift (9 AM – 6 PM EST)

We’re a U.S.-based company in the custo ---------- rchandise and corporate gifting industry, looking for a Graphic Designer who’s skilled in creating accurate, detailed, and production-ready artwork for apparel, drinkware, and branded products.

You’ll help turn client ideas into beautiful visual mockups and print-ready designs that meet vendor specifications and make our products stand out.

???? Your Main Responsibilities
• Create mockups and visual proofs for client presentations and approvals
• Prepare production-ready files for screen printing, embroidery, and other decoration methods
• Work directly with vendor templates to ensure correct placement, sizing, and imprint areas
• Verify and manage vector files, DPI, and print specs (AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG, etc.)
• Match and confirm PMS / Pantone colors for consistent brand accuracy
• Maintain organized design files in Google Drive and manage task boards in Trello
• Collaborate with the sales team to create clean, attractive visuals that help close deals
• Assist with catalog layouts, product presentations, and social media graphics

???? You’re a Great Fit If You Have
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
• 3–5 years of experience as a graphic designer or production artist
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience preparing files for screen printing, embroidery, and digital decoration
• Strong understanding of Pantone / PMS color systems and vector formats
• Proficiency with Trello, Google Drive, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
• Highly detail-oriented — you double-check everything before sending
• Creative eye for layout and presentation
• Comfortable working 9 AM – 6 PM EST (night shift, Philippines time)

???? Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience designing for ASI / SAGE / PCNA vendor templates
• Familiarity with mockup generator tools (smart object PSDs, etc.)
• Knowledge of InDesign or Canva for catalogs and marketing layouts
• Basic skills in Figma or simple video editing (for social media posts)
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Firefly, Midjourney) a plus

• Monthly salary: $600–$700 USD (depending on experience and portfolio)
• 13th-month pay + paid holidays after 6 months
