About the Role

We're building a centralized creative function that serves multiple clinical brands from one team. We're hiring a Graphic Designer with healthcare or clinical-industry design experience whose first job is to build the visual foundation everything else plugs into — a complete brand template system for each clinical brand we support, so that future content, photo, and video work can scale without being designed from scratch every time.

What You'll Do

-In your first month, you'll build a brand template kit per clinical brand, including:
-Logo lockups and usage guidelines
-Color and typography systems
-Social post templates (organic and paid)
-Ad unit templates across key formats and placements
-Email header/footer templates
-Location-page visual templates for multi-location brands
-Basic print/signage templates for physical locations, where needed
-Beyond the initial build, you'll:
-Maintain and evolve each brand's visual system as new formats and channels are needed
-Produce on-brand assets for campaigns, social, and location pages using the templates you've built
-Collaborate closely with the copywriter and video/motion designer so visual and messaging systems stay aligned across brands
-Keep templates organized and accessible so other team members (and eventually freelancers or contractors) can use them without your direct involvement
-Route finished assets through the compliance review process before they go live

What We're Looking For

-Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity systems and template/design-system work, not just one-off pieces
-Prior design experience for healthcare, medical aesthetics, dental, wellness, or another clinical/patient-facing brand — you understand the visual conventions patients trust and the constraints clinical marketing operates under
-Experience designing for multiple distinct brands simultaneously, ideally in a fast-moving or agency-style environment
-Proficiency in Canva/Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma; comfort building organized, reusable component libraries
-Experience designing for paid social and digital ads, with an understanding of platform specs and constraints
-Familiarity with healthcare advertising compliance considerations (claims language, before/after imagery rules, accessibility) is a strong plus
-Self-directed: comfortable being handed an ambiguous "build the system" mandate in month one and turning it into a concrete, usable deliverable
