We're looking for a talented **Graphic Designer** based in the Philippines to join our growing team and help elevate our brand, marketing campaigns, property developments, and digital presence.

About the Role

As our Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with our marketing and leadership teams to create compelling visual content across digital and print channels. You'll play a key role in bringing our developments, brand, and marketing initiatives to life through high-quality design.

Key Responsibilities

* Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, signage, and advertising materials.
* Create engaging social media graphics, digital ads, email marketing assets, and website visuals.
* Develop visual concepts and creative assets for property developments and corporate branding initiatives.
* Prepare artwork for print production and liaise with suppliers when required.
* Maintain brand consistency across all channels and projects.
* Assist with video thumbnails, motion graphics, and basic video editing where required.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Requirements

Essential

* Minimum 3 years' professional graphic design experience.
* Proven experience working with companies based in **Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, or Canada**.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual communication.
* Experience designing both digital and print marketing materials.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable home office setup.

Preferred

* Experience working within real estate, property development, construction, architecture, or related industries.
* Knowledge of Figma.
* Experience with motion graphics and video editing (Premiere Pro and After Effects).
* Understanding of social media content creation and digital marketing.

Portfolio Requirement
