JOB OVERVIEW

SAMA Labs is a full-service digital growth agency helping eCommerce brands scale through performance marketing, retention strategy, creative production, and data-driven execution. We work with brands across Meta, Google, email/SMS, Shopify, landing pages, and content strategy to create marketing systems that drive real revenue.

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with strong eCommerce and digital marketing experience to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who understands that great design is not just about looking good — it needs to grab attention, communicate clearly, and help brands convert.

The right candidate will be comfortable creating fast-moving campaign assets across paid social, email, landing pages, website graphics, promotional launches, and digital ads. You should be organized, detail-oriented, receptive to feedback, and able to balance brand aesthetics with performance-focused design.

Responsibilities

Design high-quality digital creative for eCommerce brands, including:

Meta and Google ad creatives
Paid social graphics

Email
marketing designs
Website banners and promotional graphics
Landing page layouts
Product launch assets
Sales and holiday campaign creative
Static ad variations for testing

Collaborate with marketing strategists, media buyers, copywriters, and creative leads to develop assets that align with campaign goals and brand direction.

Translate creative briefs into polished, on-brand designs that support customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.

Create multiple design variations for testing hooks, offers, formats, product angles, and messaging.

Support creative production needs, including photo editing, light retouching, image resizing, and optimization for digital platforms.

Design with performance in mind, understanding how layout, hierarchy, typography, product focus, and messaging impact clicks and conversions.

Maintain organized design files, naming conventions, version control, and asset folders.

Adapt quickly to feedback and revisions while keeping projects moving on deadline.

Bring fresh creative ideas to campaigns, promotions, product launches, and ongoing brand initiatives.

Requirements

Proven graphic design experience, preferably with eCommerce, DTC, or digital marketing brands.

Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work such as paid social ads, email campaigns, landing pages, product graphics, website banners, or promotional assets.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially:

Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
Acrobat Pro

Experience designing for platforms such as Meta, Google, Klaviyo, Shopify, WordPress, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of digital marketing creative, including conversion-focused layouts, mobile-first design, and direct-response advertising.

Ability to manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely with internal teams.

Reliable internet connection and availability during EST business hours.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow creative briefs while also bringing original ideas to the table.

Comfortable receiving constructive feedback and making revisions quickly.

Nice to Have

Experience with Figma, Canva, or other collaborative design tools.

Basic understanding of Klaviyo email design and eCommerce email layouts.

Experience creating creative for Meta Ads, Google Display, YouTube thumbnails, or retargeting campaigns.

Basic motion graphics, GIF, or short-form video editing experience.

Familiarity with Shopify product pages, landing page structure, and CRO best practices.

Experience working inside an agency or with multiple brands at once.
