JOB OVERVIEW

Graphic Designer
USA based company, looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to support two growing dance & activewear brands across B2B, B2C, and Amazon channels.

This role is ideal for a designer who is creative, detail-oriented, comfortable with fast-moving e-commerce needs, and able to follow brand direction while also bringing fresh ideas to the table. We are looking outside the USA, but candidate must be available for 2–3 hours of overlap each business day with Eastern Standard Time.

Responsibilities
- The designer will support a wide range of day-to-day creative needs, including:
- Product image editing, cleanup, resizing, and formatting
- Email graphics and promotional layouts
- Social media posts and campaign graphics
- Website banners, homepage graphics, and collection imagery
- Flyers, booklets, and simple marketing layouts
- Simple video and reel creation
- Use of AI tools to help create imagery and simple video content
- Amazon listing images and A+ content
- Maintaining brand consistency 

Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, with broader Adobe Creative Suite experience
- Strong experience using Canva for fast design creation, templates, and marketing graphics
- Familiarity with Shopify image needs and website graphics
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, image editing, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to resize and adapt creative for different platforms
- Comfortable working within existing brand guidelines
- Able to take direction, revise work, and apply feedback accurately

Preferred Experience
- E-commerce design experience
- Apparel, fashion, activewear, or lifestyle brand experience
- Basic video editing or social reel creation
- Experience using AI design or image-generation tools

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and easy to communicate with. The right person should be able to balance creative design with practical needs. Attention to detail is very important, especially when working with product imagery, brand assets, and customer-facing marketing materials.
You should be comfortable working across multiple types of projects, taking feedback professionally, and keeping creative consistent across both brands.

Schedule
Full-time
Must be available for 2–3 hours of overlap each day with Eastern Standard Time.
