- Collaborate closely with the founder on new collection concepts
- Deliver production-ready files that meet print specifications
- Adapt quickly to feedback and iterate fast
- Stay inspired by stationery trends, color palettes, and design movements
You're the One If You...
- Have 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience
- Are fluent in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop — no learning curve needed
- Are available to work during US business hours (EST or PST)
- Speak and write English fluently
- Have a genuine love for stationery, journal stickers, planners, and all things paper goods

- Have a strong eye for color, composition, and detail
Bonus Points If You...

- Have a portfolio that includes stationery, lifestyle, or fashion-adjacent work
- Have experience creating e-commerce product mock-ups
- Are personally a stationery lover or journaling enthusiast
- Appreciate diverse, inclusive illustration styles and design
What We're Really Looking For
Beyond the skills — we need someone who genuinely loves this kind of work. Someone who looks at a sticker sheet and sees the craft behind it. Someone who gets excited about a new color palette drop. Someone who takes pride in making something beautiful and functional.
If you're the type of designer who just wants to clock in and clock out — this isn't the right fit. But if you're someone who cares about the details, loves the aesthetic, and wants to be part of a brand with a real mission — we'd love to meet you.
What We Offer
- Part-time, fully remote position — open to applicants worldwide.
- 2–3 hours of focused, creative work per day
- A collaborative, founder-led creative environment
- Real creative input — your taste and ideas matter here
- Work that you'll actually be proud to add to your portfolio
- A brand community that genuinely loves what we make
How to Apply
Send us:
1. Your resume
2. Your portfolio — we need to see your work (links preferred)
3. A short note (written or video) — tell us: "What draws you to stationery design, and what's one thing about Shop Rongrong's aesthetic that excites you?" To apply, start your message with the words 'I love stationery' so we know you read this fully.
Your portfolio will speak first. But that note tells us if you're truly the right fit.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced creative role. You'll be working directly with our founder to bring new collections to life, from concept to final product-ready files.
