Graphic Designer

What You'll Do:
- Recreate customer artwork fast (speed + accuracy required).
- Prep and proof artwork for print/production (accuracy matters).
- Ensure files meet print specs (bleeds, margins, color mode, resolution).
- Create original layouts from direction while following brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain InDesign Data Merge templates; troubleshoot merge issues.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines; work with internal teams.

Must Haves:
- Strong Adobe Illustrator skills.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
- Print production basics (file setup + specs).
- Proven experience recreating customer art for production.
- High attention to detail + strong time management.
- Can follow directions and work independently.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage time well.

How We Work (Read before applying)
- Workflow tracking software is required. You’ll stay signed in during work hours for periodic workflow/progress reviews.
- Training is required before paid production work begins. Pay starts after training is completed and proficiency is demonstrated.
- After training, you’ll take a skills test covering:
- Redraw / recreation
- Proofing
- Attention to Detail
- Creativity
