Graphic Designer

We are a dynamic company seeking a talented SLIDE AND PRESENTATION DESIGNER to join our team full-time. This role focuses on creating compelling marketing collateral, including **slides, one-pagers, and website content**. Your designs will play a crucial role in our go-to-market strategy, helping to visually communicate complex ideas in a clear, impactful, and engaging way.

## **Key Responsibilities:**

- Design **high-quality slide decks, white papers, and marketing materials** that align with brand identity.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly **website assets and layouts**.
- Translate complex data and concepts into **clear, engaging visuals**.
- Ensure consistency in **branding, typography, and color usage** across all designs.
- Collaborate closely with the **marketing, product, and sales teams** to develop compelling content.
- Continuously improve and refine existing marketing materials based on feedback and best practices.

## **Qualifications:**

### **1. Experience & Design Expertise:**

- Proven experience in **slide design, typography, and layout**.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in **presentation design and marketing collateral**.
- Proficiency in design tools such as **PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma, or Adobe Illustrator**.
- Ability to balance **aesthetics and functionality** in visual storytelling.

### **2. Technical Proficiency:**

- Advanced knowledge of **typography, color theory, and graphic composition**.
- Experience with **data visualization and infographic creation**.
- Understanding of **UI/UX principles** (a plus).

- Strong ability to communicate **design concepts and reasoning** effectively.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
