Graphic Designer

OVERVIEW:
Refined F Studios is in search of a Graphic Design Virtual Assistant to join our team on a project basis. This role primarily involves creating visually appealing graphics, social media post thumbnails, and other brand-aligned visuals. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, proficiency in graphic design software, and the ability to maintain brand consistency across various visual assets. Additionally, the candidate should be open to assisting with general virtual assistant tasks as needed.

TASKS:
• Create engaging and on-brand graphics for social media posts, video thumbnails, and marketing materials.
• Design slides and other visual assets that align with Refined F Studios’ branding and style.
• Ensure all designs maintain consistency in colors, typography, and composition.
• Organize and deliver final assets in an efficient and structured manner, ensuring correct labeling and formatting for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from the team.
• Assist with general VA work as needed, such as organizing files, responding to emails, or other administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of branding, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to efficiently follow design guidelines and adapt to different visual styles.
• Strong organizational skills to manage files and deliverables efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to feedback.
• Ability to handle multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to assist with general virtual assistant tasks when required.
