Your Impact

As our Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping Crown Renewal’s brand identity across digital and print platforms. Your work will directly impact how we connect with our audience, ensuring that our message is visually compelling, engaging, and memorable.

Responsibilities:
• Design high-quality graphics for social media, website, emails, and marketing materials.
• Develop brand-consistent content including product packaging, flyers, e-books, and presentations.
• Create visually engaging ads for Facebook, Instagram, and other paid media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaign visuals, promotions, and launches.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Edit and retouch photos for product images and marketing use.
• Stay updated on design trends to ensure our visuals are modern, engaging, and effective.

What We’re Looking For:

Must Have:
? Proficiency in Canva & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
? Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling
? Experience in digital marketing and social media graphics
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
? Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!):
? Experience with ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or website design
? Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
? Previous experience designing for beauty or wellness brands

What We Are NOT Looking For:

? Lack of creativity and originality in design work
? Poor communication and inability to take constructive feedback
? Difficulty working under deadlines or handling multiple projects
? Unwillingness to learn and adapt to brand needs

Also Required:

? Strong communication and ability to work in a team environment
? Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented
? Comfortable working on Hubstaff with time tracking
? Clear English with excellent articulation
? No noisy backgrounds during meetings
