Keenya Kelly LLC is a fast-moving social media education and content strategy company based in Houston, Texas. Our founder, Keenya Kelly, is a TikTok and Instagram Growth Strategist who has built a \ business over the last decade — primarily through short-form video. We help entrepreneurs grow their audiences and generate real revenue through strategic content.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and fast-executing Part-Time Graphic Designer who can produce high-quality, on-brand marketing visuals that do more than just look good — they convert.
This is not a role for someone who simply places text on a background and calls it a graphic. We need a designer who understands marketing psychology, knows what catches attention in a social media feed, and can translate our brand strategy into visuals that sell our programs and services.
This is a long-term remote position for someone who is fast, communicative, and takes ownership of their work.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Social Media Graphics
Design scroll-stopping graphics for TikTok, Instagram,
Create visuals that are built for marketing — not just aesthetically pleasing, but strategically designed to attract attention and drive action
Produce graphics for organic content, launch campaigns, webinar promotions, challenge graphics, and product announcements
Design Stories, Reels cover images, carousels, and feed posts that stay consistent with our brand
Launch & Promotional Materials
Create full suites of promotional graphics for course launches, membership campaigns, challenges, and webinars
Design
Produce countdown graphics, announcement posts, and urgency-based visuals for cart open/close sequences
Design affiliate-ready promotional assets when needed
Brand Consistency & Asset Management
Follow our Brand Style Guide with precision — colors, fonts, logo placement, spacing, and tone must be exact
Maintain an organized library of brand templates, completed assets, and source files
Resize and adapt existing assets across platforms and formats without losing visual quality
Flag any design inconsistencies or outdated brand elements proactively
Collaboration & Communication
Receive creative briefs and turn them around in a timely, efficient manner
Ask clarifying questions before starting — not after spending hours going in the wrong direction
Communicate proactively if a deadline is at risk — no surprises
Accept feedback professionally and implement revisions quickly
WHO YOU ARE
The right person for this role is someone who:
Creates custom, original graphics from scratch — not relying on AI-generated imagery or generic stock templates as a shortcut
Understands the difference between a pretty graphic and a marketing graphic — and consistently delivers the latter
Has a strong eye for layout, hierarchy, color, and visual storytelling that stops a scroll
Knows how to use ChatGPT or other AI tools for quick copyediting, brainstorming caption ideas, or rapid ideation — but does not use AI as a replacement for original creative design work
Can turn around quality graphics efficiently — speed and quality are both non-negotiable on a launch-driven team
Reads a creative brief thoroughly and asks smart questions before diving in
Keeps files organized, properly named, and easy to hand off
Takes brand guidelines seriously and follows them without needing constant correction
Has experience designing for online businesses, personal brands, courses, memberships, or digital products

This is not a fit for someone who leans on AI image generation tools as their primary creative process
This is not a fit for someone who needs extensive hand-holding to execute a standard design brief
This is not a role for someone who treats brand guidelines as suggestions

You are a trusted creative partner on this team. Our brand looks consistent, polished, and sharp across every platform and every campaign. You deliver graphics quickly, require minimal revisions, and proactively flag anything that could make our content stronger. Launches feel smooth because the visual assets are always ready on time.
