Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Google Sheets Expert, Google Apps Script Expert, and Google Productivity Consultant to join our team and help automate, optimize, and enhance our use of Google Workspace tools. Key Responsibilities:
Google Sheets Expertise:
Automate complex workflows within Google Sheets.
Develop custom functions, formulas, and data models to enhance reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
Provide insights and innovative ideas to improve the usability of Google Sheets for our specific business needs.
Train and guide tea
Google Apps Script Expertise:
Create custom scripts to automate tasks across Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.).
Work with APIs and integrate Google Apps with third-party tools to streamline operations.
Provide proactive suggestions for automating daily tasks and improving workflows.
Collaborate with tea
Google Productivity Consultant:
Help optimize the overall Google Workspace setup for our team and individual users.
Introduce and implement Google tools/features that we may not have explored yet.
Offer strategies for maximizing efficiency, improving collaboration, and utilizing Google's suite of tools for long-term success.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Google tools, updates, and best practices and share these insights with the team.
Requirements:
Extensive experience with Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, data analysis, and automation.
Proficiency in Google Apps Script for creating custom automation and enhancing Google Workspace functionality.
Strong understanding of the Google Workspace ecosystem (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Docs, etc.).
Ability to assess existing workflows and recommend improvements using Google products.
Problem-solving skills with a focus on creative, scalable solutions.
Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of implementing successful Google Workspace automation and productivity strategies.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Google APIs (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.).
Familiarity with Google Cloud services and integrations.
Previous experience helping teams or companies transition to using Google tools more effectively.
