Google Dropshipping Competitor Researcher

We are looking for a sharp, motivated researcher to join our growing e-commerce team and help us stay ahead of the competition.

As our business continues to scale, we need someone who can consistently track and analyze competitor stores, primarily dropshipping stores, across Google, with a strong focus on the fashion niche but spanning all product categories.

What you'll be doing:
In this role, your primary focus will be researching and identifying competitor stores that are actively running on Google. This includes:
· Finding dropshipping stores and competitor brands across various niches
· Using Google Ads Transparency
· Leveraging Google Trends
· Using a VPN to research competitor activity across different regions
· Documenting findings in a clear, structured format for the team

As you grow into the role, there is the opportunity to expand into product research, identifying winning products and new opportunities for our store. This is a position with real growth potential for the right person.

What we're looking for:
Required:
· Proven experience in e-commerce competitor research or a similar analytical role
· Familiarity with Google Trends and how to use it for market research
· Experience with Google Ads Transparency (or similar ad research tools)
· Comfortable using a VPN for geo-based research
· Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
· Strong written and spoken English communication skills
· General knowledge of how dropshipping stores and e-commerce businesses operate
A plus (not required):
· Basic understanding of Google Merchant Center or Google Shopping
· Experience with Google Ads
· Background in fashion e-commerce or trend-based niches
