Google Apps Script / API Developer – Google Drive to Etsy Upload Automation

Hi,

we are looking for a developer to build a practical and production-ready upload automation based on Google Drive and Etsy.

We already work with an existing Google Drive system.
Finished products are stored as fully prepared folders inside a defined “Ready to Upload” directory.
The existing folder structure must remain unchanged.

The goal is to build an Etsy upload automation via API.

Paid Test Task

Before starting, we require a paid test task.

Payment for test task: 35 €

Scope: small Google Apps Script for folder statistics / monitoring

The result will be reused in our system

Main Project – Etsy Upload Automation

Project payment: 450 €

Total project volume: 500 € (including test task)

The automation must:

detect finished product folders in Google Drive

upload them to Etsy via API (digital products)

move successful uploads to “Completed SIPs”

move failed uploads to “Error”

prevent duplicate uploads

Performance Requirement

The system must be technically capable of processing
at least 400 uploads per day.

We plan to use around 300 uploads per day,
but require sufficient performance reserve.

Final acceptance will take place after verifying
that this performance level can be reached.

Payment Terms

50 ?ter technical completion

50 ?ter successful performance verification (400 uploads/day)

Requirements

Experience with Google Apps Script

API experience (Etsy API is a plus)

Strong Google Drive knowledge

Pragmatic, results-focused mindset
