What You’ll Do:

Set up Google Ads campaigns from scratch, ensuring top-tier quality and performance.

Optimize Performance Max and Search campaigns specifically for Local Service Companies.

Confidently meet with clients to recommend the best strategies tailored to their needs.

Work closely with the team to continuously analyze performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize ads and drive ROI.

Stay ahead of the curve on the latest PPC trends and industry changes.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of hands-on Google Ads/PPC experience. You’ve worked on both small and large campaigns and know how to fine-tune them for maximum impact.

Deep knowledge of Google Ads features—especially Performance Max and Search campaigns.

Strong client-facing skills. You’re comfortable leading client meetings, explaining complex concepts, and recommending strategies in easy-to-understand language.

Proven track record in driving results for local service businesses (plumbers, HVAC, electricians, etc.).

A resourceful mindset. You know how to find solutions and get things done quickly, even when faced with challenges.

Ability to collaborate and be a proactive member of a remote team.
