Are you an expert in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads? Do you have experience running successful ad campaigns for real estate investment companies?

We are a real estate investment company that specializes in buying houses for cash, and we are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage and optimize our Google and Microsoft ad campaigns. If you have a proven track record of generating high-quality leads and optimizing PPC campaigns to maximize conversions, we want to hear from you!

Compensation:
$15/hour
Commissions on every closed deal that originated from your campaigns

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing REAL ESTATE Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns
- Experience running ads for real estate investment companies is a HUGE plus
- Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
- Ability to analyze data and adjust campaigns for better performance
- Experience with A/B testing ads and landing pages
- Familiarity with tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CallRail
- Knowledge of how to generate motivated seller leads through PPC campaigns
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to refine ad strategies
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations
• Implement conversion tracking and adjust strategies based on results
• Provide weekly reports on ad performance and key metrics
• Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
• Work closely with our team to ensure leads are high-quality and converting
