We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Google Ads VA to support ongoing digital marketing campaigns on a project basis.

Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Monitor ad performance and prepare reports
- Improve CTR, conversions, and overall campaign performance
- Assist with ad copy and campaign setup

Requirements:
- Proven experience with Google Ads
- Knowledge of PPC strategies and campaign optimization
- Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines
