Key Responsibilities
? Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
? Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimization.
? Track and analyze key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate) to improve efficiency.
? Implement conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
? Continuously A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance.
? Stay updated on the latest Google Ads trends and best practices.

Requirements
???? At least 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
???? Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor.
???? Experience with conversion tracking, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
???? Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze large datasets.
???? Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
???? Experience working remotely is a plus.
