This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in Google Ads, a proven track record in lead generation campaigns, and a passion for optimizing performance to achieve measurable results.
Responsibilities:
As a Google Ads Specialist, you will:
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube, focusing on lead generation.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to develop effective campaign strategies.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs.
Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and implement data-driven solutions to improve results.
Collaborate with the Sales, SEO, Graphics, and Copywriting teams to align campaign strategies with client goals.
Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize conversions.
Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes, industry trends, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while adhering to client expectations.
Assist in onboarding new clients and developing tailored strategies for their campaigns.
Who Would Be a Great Fit:

Essential Skills and Experience:
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation.
Strong understanding of Google Ads tools, including Keyword Planner etc
Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate with tea
Proficiency in Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Experience with other PPC platforms (e.g., Microsoft Ads,
Familiarity with the automotive or related industries is advantageous.
Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video, etc.) are highly desirable.
Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO strategies.
Experience with third-party tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Optmyzr.
