We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Google Ads Manager to oversee and manage our clients’ Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Google Ads with 3+ years of experience in Google ads with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can provide weekly updates, troubleshoot issues effectively, and follow directions to meet client goals. Below are the basic tasks that would be included in this job.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage Google Ads Search Campaigns and Performance Max campaigns, including ad groups, to meet client objectives.
Conduct weekly checks on each account to ensure negative keywords are properly marked, clicks are high-quality, and search terms align with campaign goals.
Troubleshoot technical issues (e.g., disapproved ads, tracking problems) and communicate effectively with the team, outlining the issue and any information or actions needed from the client to resolve it.
Provide detailed weekly updates on account performance, including metrics, trends, and actionable suggestions for improvement.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize ads to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with Google Ads features, industry trends, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align Google Ads strategies with broader client goals.
Follow directions from leadership and adapt strategies based on feedback and client needs.
