JOB OVERVIEW

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

In this role, you’ll:
•Own and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and lead generation.
•Boost website rankings and organic traffic through strategic SEO efforts.
•Continuously analyze data, test strategies, and refine marketing efforts for peak performance.

Google Ads Management
•Conduct in-depth keyword research using Google Ads Keyword Planner.
•Structure and manage ad groups for targeted campaign performance.
•Identify and implement negative keywords to improve ad relevance.
•Create and configure new campaigns (Search, Display, Video) aligned with business goals.
•Set up targeting options (location, demographics, interests, personas) and geotargeting strategies.
•Define budgets, bidding strategies (Manual CPC, Maximize Clicks, Target CPA), and ad schedules.
•Write compelling ad copy for headlines, descriptions, and ad extensions (sitelinks, callouts).
•Continuously A/B test ad variations to optimize performance.
•Monitor key metrics: CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score.
•Adjust bids and budgets to improve performance and cost efficiency.
•Troubleshoot and set up conversion tracking (website actions, phone calls).
•Ensure pixel tracking is properly implemented across all landing pages.
•Analyze trends, competitor insights, and Auction Insights to identify optimization opportunities.
•Research competitor ads for differentiation and inspiration.
•Set up and launch retargeting campaigns to re-engage past visitors using pixel-based targeting.

SEMrush & SEO Management
•Conduct keyword research to identify high-volume, low-competition terms for both SEO & PPC.
•Track website and competitor keyword rankings, identifying gaps and opportunities.
•Run site audits to detect and resolve technical SEO issues (broken links, slow pages, crawlability).
•Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, alt text, headings) for better search rankings.
•Analyze and improve site health metrics through regular SEO maintenance.
•Research and monitor competitors' top organic and paid keywords.
•Analyze backlink profiles, identify toxic links, and manage disavow files.
•Develop link-building strategies by identifying high-quality backlink opportunities.
•Assess content performance and suggest new topics using SEO tools (Content Analyzer, Topic Research).
•Optimize existing content based on SEO Writing Assistant recommendations.
•Track competitors’ Google Ads strategies (ad copy, landing pages, budget trends) for insights.
•Monitor ad spend and performance trends to refine campaign strategies.

Administrative Support
•Provide assistance to the Managing Director as needed.
•Work efficiently with tools such as Upgrade to see actual info, Outlook, Adobe (bonus), Canva, ChatGPT, Gamma AI, WhatsApp, Zoom, and Upgrade to see actual info.
