Google Ads, SEO + GoHighLevel Expert for Home Services Lead Generation

We are a marketing agency that helps contractors and home service companies generate exclusive leads through paid ads, landing pages, CRM systems, and automation.

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads, SEO + GoHighLevel expert who can help manage campaigns, build landing pages, set up workflows, and support our lead generation systems.

This role will start part-time, managing around 3 Google Ads accounts, with the opportunity to grow into more hours if the work is strong.

Must-Have Experience:

- Google Ads campaign setup, management, optimization, and reporting
- GoHighLevel experience
- Local SEO
- Landing page/funnel building
- Workflow and automation setup
- Lead form, call tracking, SMS, email, and CRM setup
- Experience with lead generation campaigns
- Experience in the contracting, roofing, home services, or local service industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow SOPs and communicate clearly

Big Plus:

- Facebook Ads / Meta Ads experience
- Experience with roofing, patio covers, decks, screen enclosures, HVAC, remodeling, or other contractor niches
- Experience troubleshooting tracking, forms, calendars, automations, and CRM issues
- Ability to write basic ad copy or landing page copy

Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts
- Manage & Optimize SEO for clients
- Build and edit GoHighLevel landing pages
- Set up forms, calendars, workflows, automations, pipelines, and notifications
- Help troubleshoot CRM, tracking, and lead flow issues
- Review campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Make sure leads are flowing correctly into the CRM
- Help create clean systems for home service lead generation clients
- Support the team with campaign launches and client account updates

Who We’re Looking For:

We need someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and already understands contractor lead generation. You should not need basic training on Google Ads or GoHighLevel. We are looking for someone who can come in, understand the systems, and help us improve them.

This is not a general VA role. This is for someone with real experience in Google Ads, GoHighLevel, landing pages, workflows, and home service lead generation.
