Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Google Ads expert to manage and optimize PPC campaigns for a variety of clients, including e-commerce, service-based businesses, and local companies. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Google Ads, can work independently, and is comfortable managing multiple accounts with different goals.

Responsibilities:

Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using tools like SEMrush or Google Keyword Planner.

Write compelling ad copy and test variations.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making ongoing optimizations to improve ROI and reduce wasted spend.

Track conversions using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and enhanced conversions when applicable.

Provide clear, data-backed monthly reports with actionable insights.

Collaborate with our internal team on creative assets, landing pages, and overall marketing strategy.

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience

Proven track record of improving campaign performance and driving ROI

Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager

Experience working with a variety of industries and budgets

Strong communication skills and ability to explain campaign performance to non-technical clients

Organized and deadline-oriented

Bonus: Experience with Meta Ads

Compensation:
Flexible based on experience. Open to part-time contract, hourly freelance, or full-time for the right candidate.
