Role Responsibilities:

As our Google Ads Expert, your primary focus will be on creating and managing high-performing local service campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and executing advanced Google Ads strategies, with a focus on local services.
- Managing a substantial monthly ad spend, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Exploring opportunities in other media buying platforms, including YouTube Ads, to enhance our marketing efforts.

Additional Requirements:
- Proven experience in analytics and other forms of media buying is a significant plus.
- Ability to independently manage and optimize multiple campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and enhance campaign strategies.

Industry Experience (Highly Preferred):

Experience working with construction, home service, or concrete companies is a significant advantage. Candidates who have managed Google Ads campaigns for concrete contractors and understand the industry's services, sales cycle, and lead generation challenges will be given strong consideration.
