Working hours: 40hrs/week, full-time
Salary: AUD 800 DOE for 3 months, will increase after performance review
Working hours: Must be able to work during Melbourne hours

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Strategise, implement, and manage paid campaigns on Google AdWords
- Manage and optimise campaigns for maximum efficiency and performance, focusing on measurable KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Analyse and optimise campaigns to achieve maximum ROI for our clients.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and changes in paid media.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Liaise with clients to understand their unique business needs and tailor advertising strategies accordingly.
- Manage budgets efficiently to deliver the best results for clients.
- Continually test and learn new strategies and techniques to enhance campaign performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a paid media or similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
- Must have an experience with Google Merchant centre, Google Tag Manager & Google Shopping Ads.
- In-depth understanding of PPC, display advertising, and social media advertising.
- Design Experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics.
- Proficient in campaign management tools and platforms.
