About Us

Rushing Roofing is a fast-growing roofing company serving homeowners throughout Texas. We use Hail Recon and GoHighLevel to identify storm-damaged properties and schedule roof inspections. We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage lead data, CRM organization, and appointment-setting support.

Position

Full-Time Virtual Assistant (Remote)

Hours
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Texas Time)
Occasional weekend tasks during major storm events
Pay
$5–7 USD per hour (based on experience)
Performance bonuses available
Responsibilities
Lead Management
Download and organize lead lists from Hail Recon
Clean and verify homeowner data
Format CSV spreadsheets for import
Remove duplicate records
Upload leads into GoHighLevel
CRM Management
Manage contacts inside GoHighLevel
Create and update tags
Assign leads to appointment setters
Maintain pipeline organization
Update lead statuses
Appointment Support
Monitor inbound SMS responses
Follow up with homeowners via text
Schedule inspections on company calendar
Notify sales representatives of booked appointments
Administrative Tasks

Requirements
Must Have
Excellent English communication skills

Experience with Google Sheets and Excel
Reliable internet connection
