GoHighLevel + Woocommerce Wordpress Specialist

Salon Marketing Solutions is an Australian-based marketing education company supporting beauty salons, skin clinics, and aesthetic businesses across.

We are hiring an experienced Go High Level Specialist with strong WordPress and WooCommerce skills to manage and optimize our internal marketing systems, websites, automations, funnels, and membership platform.

This is a long-term, part-time role for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, improving systems, and finding smarter ways to streamline operations and customer experience.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, technically capable, and genuinely interested in automation, AI tools, and business systems.

Responsibilities:

Go High Level & Automations
Build and manage workflows, automations, pipelines, triggers, email sequences, SMS sequences, and calendars inside Go High Level
Build, manage, and troubleshoot automated email and SMS campaigns
Manage CRM systems, campaign workflows, lead flows, and customer journeys
Build and optimise funnels, landing pages, forms, and automation sequences
Monitor reporting dashboards, tracking systems, and campaign performance data
Troubleshoot issues across workflows, automations, forms, integrations, email systems, and CRM systems
WordPress & WooCommerce
Manage, update, maintain, and troubleshoot WordPress and WooCommerce websites
Manage website updates, plugin updates, backups, and ongoing website maintenance
Troubleshoot website, WooCommerce, plugin, hosting, DNS, email deliverability, SMTP, and integration issues
Ensure websites remain secure, functional, mobile responsive, and optimised for performance
Safely test updates, troubleshoot issues, and minimise downtime
Customise WooCommerce checkout flows and customer journeys
Manage integrations between WooCommerce, Go High Level, Stripe, forms, calendars, and third-party software
Membership & Systems Management
Manage all aspects of our WooCommerce membership and subscription platform
Monitor subscriptions, payments, renewals, failed payments, cancellations, and member access
Identify and resolve technical or payment-related issues quickly
Monitor customer engagement, retention, and purchasing behaviour
Analyse membership and customer data to identify opportunities to improve retention, customer experience, and recurring revenue
Recommend improvements to systems, automations, customer journeys, and operational workflows based on data and user behaviour
Take ownership of maintaining and improving the reliability, functionality, and performance of our websites, automations, integrations, and membership systems
AI & Operational Improvement
Stay current with AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies relevant to marketing and business operations
Identify practical ways AI can improve workflows, customer support, reporting, automations, and operational efficiency
Use AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and solve technical problems
Recommend tools and process improvements that reduce manual work and improve efficiency

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3+ years hands-on Go High Level experience across automations, funnels, CRM workflows, and integrations
Strong WordPress and WooCommerce experience
Experience managing WooCommerce memberships or subscription systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
Experience managing automations, integrations, and CRM workflows
Understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation tools
Experience managing integrations between Go High Level, WooCommerce, WordPress, Stripe, Zapier, Google Workspace, and Slack
Experience with website hosting, DNS settings, domain management, email deliverability, SMTP configuration, and DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Fast and reliable communication on Slack
Consistent availability during agreed working hours

Interview Process:

Shortlisted applicants progressing to the second interview stage will be asked to submit a short screen recording demonstrating a recent Go High Level project and explaining the workflows, automations, integrations, troubleshooting, and systems involved.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with membership businesses, online education businesses, or agencies
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Zapier AI, ---------- , or AI workflow systems
