**GoHighLevel + Voice AI Setup Specialist**

**About the Role**

I am looking for a GoHighLevel specialist with experience configuring voice AI or call-handling platforms to build the back-end infrastructure for a new service business.

This is a scoped project — approximately 30–45 hours of work with clearly defined deliverables and milestone-based payment. It is not an ongoing role, though there may be future work for the right person.

**What You Will Build**

- A GoHighLevel sub-account from scratch — pipeline, custom fields, tags, and four automation workflows
- Call flow configuration in Nedzo (or a similar voice AI platform) — three scenarios for a home service contractor business
- Integration between Nedzo and GHL so call events automatically update contacts and pipeline stages
- SOPs documenting everything you build

Full deliverables and acceptance criteria will be provided before work starts.

**What We Are Looking For**

- At least 1 year of hands-on GoHighLevel experience — custom fields, conditional workflow logic, webhooks, and pipelines built from scratch
- Experience with at least one voice AI or call-handling platform (Nedzo, Synthflow, VAPI, Twilio, or similar)
- Able to work independently and document your work as you go
- Reliable communication throughout the project
