GoHighLevel Systems Integrator & Automation Specialist

BridgeGaps is hiring a GoHighLevel Systems Integrator & Automation Specialist to help build and manage automation systems for service-based businesses across North America.

This is a long-term remote position for someone who has extensive hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and understands how CRM systems, sales pipelines, automations, and lead management directly impact revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage GoHighLevel CRM systems
• Create and optimize sales pipelines
• Build automations, workflows, and campaigns
• Configure calendars, forms, surveys, and websites
• Set up lead routing and opportunity management
• Connect GoHighLevel with Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, and third-party tools
• Implement email and SMS follow-up sequences
• Create client onboarding systems
• Manage reporting dashboards and KPI tracking
• Troubleshoot technical issues and system errors
• Assist with AI chatbot and automation deployments
• Document processes and create SOPs

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of daily hands-on GoHighLevel experience
• Experience building CRM pipelines and automations from scratch
• Strong understanding of sales processes and lead management
• Experience with Zapier, Make, or similar integration platforms
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Experience working with marketing agencies is preferred
• Experience with AI automations is a major advantage
