GoHighLevel Support & AI Calling Snapshot Build Specialist

We are hiring a full-time GoHighLevel Support & AI Calling Snapshot Build Specialist for our GHL system.

This role is for someone who can help build, update, troubleshoot, and maintain GoHighLevel snapshots, lead-based funnels, workflows, calendars, automations, AI calling systems, and integrations.

We need someone who is fast, reliable, accountable in Slack, and able to take feedback directly from leadership. This is not a basic VA role. We need a technical operator who can support daily issues and also help build new projects.

Main Responsibilities:

* GoHighLevel snapshot buildouts and updates
* Workflow creation and troubleshooting
* Funnel and landing page setup
* Calendar setup and appointment routing
* Pipeline and opportunity setup
* Forms, surveys, custom fields, custom values, tags, and triggers
* SMS and email automation setup
* Lead source tracking
* Webhook, Zapier, n8n, and basic API integrations
* Inbound AI calling setup
* Outbound AI calling setup
* AI appointment-setting workflows
* AI lead qualification workflows
* Call routing to agents
* Missed-call text-back automation
* Sub-account setup and cloning
* QA/testing before launch
* Fixing broken workflows quickly
* Documenting what was built or changed
* Providing support for internal users

Required Experience:

* Minimum 2 years of GoHighLevel experience
* Minimum 2 years building lead-based funnels and CRM automations
* Experience with inbound AI calling systems
* Experience with outbound AI calling systems
* Experience with AI appointment setting and lead qualification
* Experience with Zapier, n8n, webhooks, or API integrations
* Strong understanding of lead capture, follow-up, routing, and calendar booking
* Must be accountable in Slack every working day
* Must provide daily progress updates
* Must respond during agreed working hours
* Must be able to take feedback and make updates quickly
* Must be able to troubleshoot without constant hand-holding

Accountability Requirements:

You must be active and accountable in Slack. You must confirm when a task is started, provide updates while working, ask questions when blocked, and confirm when the task is complete.

We cannot work with someone who disappears, ignores messages, or needs constant follow-up.

Pay:

The budget is $8.00/hour for full-time work, approximately 40 hours per week. Monthly pay is approximately $1,280/month.
