JOB OVERVIEW

Role: GoHighLevel Specialist — CRM Migration, Setup & Automation
Type: Project based — up to 40 hours per week
Rate: From $6 AUD/hr on a contractor basis
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel Specialist to migrate an existing CRM into GoHighLevel — accessed through the IVORY white label platform — and build out the full system including funnels, automations, workflows, email templates, integrations and booking systems.
This is a project-based role with hours up to 40 per week. You need to be an experienced GHL operator who is fast, solution-focused and resourceful — someone who can hit the ground running, manage the migration cleanly and build out a professional, fully functioning system end to end.

What You'll Be Doing
Migrate existing client database and lead data from a CRM into GoHighLevel / IVORY
Set up and configure GoHighLevel through the IVORY white label platform
Build booking funnels and calendar setup for both brands
Set up email templates, automated workflows and nurture sequences
Connect Stripe for payments and invoicing
Connect website and third party integrations
Build lead capture funnels and enquiry pipelines
Set up automations for lead follow up, booking confirmations and client communications
Document all setups and workflows for ongoing management


What We're Looking For
Must Have
GoHighLevel — highly proficient, must have hands-on setup and migration experience
CRM migration — experience migrating data between platforms
Funnel building — booking funnels, lead capture and enquiry pipelines

Email
marketing automation — templates, workflows and sequences in GHL
Stripe integration — connecting payments within GHL
Website integration — connecting external sites to GHL
Fast — works efficiently and meets project milestones
Solution-focused — identifies issues and comes with answers, not just problems
Resourceful — figures things out independently without needing constant direction
Organised and detail-oriented — clean migration, nothing gets missed

Bonus Points
Experience working with photography, creative or service-based businesses
Membership site setup within GHL
Studio Ninja familiarity — not required but a bonus. The existing setup is basic — client database, templates, jobs, calendar, enquiry form and client portal only
