GoHighLevel Specialist

We are a US-based digital marketing agency specializing in website design, Google Business Profile optimization, and local SEO for home service businesses. Go High Level is the backbone of everything we do. We currently manage 150+ active client sub-accounts, and we are growing fast.

We are looking for a GHL Specialist who knows this platform inside and out. Not someone who is still learning it. Not someone who is "familiar" with it. Someone who owns it.

What you will be doing:

Build, configure, and manage client sub-accounts from templates
Build, monitor, and troubleshoot automations and workflows
Onboard new clients into GHL and set up their accounts correctly the first time
Handle A2P phone number registration and compliance
Set up and manage calendars, live chat widgets, contact forms, and pipelines
Enroll clients into communication workflows and reminder sequences
Identify and fix errors and gaps across existing client accounts
Be our go-to resource for any and all GHL questions — you own this platform
Proactively bring automation improvement ideas to the team for review

What we are looking for:

Advanced GoHighLevel experience — agency environment preferred
Strong automation-building skills
Experience with A2P registration and compliance
History managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Reliable, proactive, and communicative — you do not go silent
Available to overlap with US Central or US Pacific business hours
Comfortable using AI tools (we use Claude as part of our daily workflow)

Bonus if you have:

Experience building websites in GHL AI Studio
Background working with US-based clients
Experience working with Claude

This is a full-time, long-term position. We are not looking for a freelancer or someone juggling multiple clients. We want someone who is all in with us.
