Position Overview:
We are hiring a GoHighLevel Specialist to manage our agency-level GoHighLevel platform across internal programs, mentorship offers, and client usage—working closely with our account managers, media buyers, copywriters, and designers to improve usage, retention, and performance across the board.

This role goes beyond basic setups. You’ll handle daily user queries, perform account sweeps, track software usage, and propose improvements to boost adoption and results.


You must:

- Set up, manage, and optimize our agency GoHighLevel account
- Create user accounts, set roles/permissions, and onboard new clients and users
- Build membership portals, sales pages, booking calendars, and pipelines
- Upload pre-designed marketing templates and assets
- Design basic visuals such as thumbnails and social posters (via Canva)
- Respond to technical support questions from clients and users
- Conduct weekly account usage audits to spot inactive users or underused features
- Track, log, and report platform usage trends and propose improvements to boost retention
- Work cross-functionally with media buyers, creatives, and copywriters to integrate GHL with active campaigns
- Turn repetitive tasks into clear SOPs, helping us grow faster and smarter
- Stay updated on GoHighLevel features and best practices for implementation


Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (CRM, workflows, funnels, calendars, memberships, etc.)
- No coding needed, but you must be confident setting up automations and workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Strong communication and client-facing skills for tech support interactions
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools for basic marketing visuals
- Experience in digital marketing or performance marketing agencies is a plus
