e are seeking a highly skilled GoHighLevel Solutions Architect & Automation Developer to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions within the GoHighLevel CRM platform. This role requires deep expertise in GoHighLevel’s features, API integrations, workflow automation, and customization to optimize business processes and enhance user experiences.
As a key technical expert, you will work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to create advanced automations, custom dashboards, unique system integrations, and innovative solutions that maximize the platform’s potential.
Responsibilities:
Custom Development & Integration:
Build and maintain advanced workflows, triggers, and automations within GoHighLevel.
Develop API integrations between GoHighLevel and third-party applications (Zapier, Make, Webhooks, etc.).
Customize CRM functionalities to align with business needs and client requirements.
Automation & Workflow Engineering:
Design sophisticated automation sequences to streamline lead management, sales pipelines, and customer interactions.
Optimize sales funnels and marketing automations for improved engagement and conversion.
Develop and implement custom reporting dashboards for actionable business insights.
Technical Strategy & Innovation:
Identify new opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
Stay updated on GoHighLevel’s latest features and best practices to drive continuous innovation.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to CRM performance and integrations.
Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Provide technical support and training for internal teams on custom-built functionalities.
Document processes, configurations, and development work to ensure scalability and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM, including automations, pipelines, and campaign management.
Strong proficiency in API integrations (REST APIs, Webhooks, Zapier, Make, etc.).
Expertise in workflow automation, sales funnels, and marketing automation.
Experience with JavaScript, Python, or other scripting languages for advanced customizations.
Knowledge of database management, SQL, or NoSQL for data optimization.
Familiarity with CRM best practices, lead management, and customer engagement strategies.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative problem-solving solutions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SaaS development and white-label CRM customization.
