JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in GoHighLevel and a deep understanding of gym business operations. Our goal is to replicate the functionalities of our current MindBody software within GoHighLevel, focusing on memberships, clinics, classes, room rentals, and contracts management. This is a project-based remote position with the potential for ongoing support and management roles.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with our team to understand the current setup of our MindBody software and the specific functionalities we use for managing memberships, clinics, classes, room rentals, and contracts.
Set up and configure our GoHighLevel account to mirror these functionalities, ensuring a seamless transition and user experience.
Import existing data from MindBody to GoHighLevel, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data transfer.
Customize GoHighLevel dashboards, reports, and automation to fit the needs of our gym business, enhancing operational efficiency and client engagement.
Provide training and documentation for our team on how to use GoHighLevel effectively for day-to-day operations.
Test the new system thoroughly to ensure all features work as intended and data is managed securely.
Offer suggestions for process improvements and additional features that could benefit the gym business.
Be available for ongoing support and adjustments based on feedback from our team and gyUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Requirements:
Proven experience with GoHighLevel, including setup, customization, and data migration.
Familiarity with gym management software like MindBody and an understanding of the fitness industry's specific needs.
Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions effectively.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables proactively.
Great communication skills, able to explain complex systems in simple terms and collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers remotely.
Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data migration and system configuration.
A proactive problem-solver, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and user experience.
