GoHighLevel Operations VA for U.S. Publishing Business (Long-Term)

I run a U.S.-based coaching and publishing business. I'm building out a premium newsletter and a small product line, and I need one sharp, organized operations VA to run the systems so I can stay focused on the writing.

This is a long-term role for the right person. I document my processes clearly, I pay fairly, and I take care of people who take care of the work. If you want a stable seat where you can own real systems, keep reading.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain pages, funnels, and automations in GoHighLevel. This is the core of the job.
- Set up and manage Stripe subscriptions and checkout, wired into GoHighLevel.
- Manage email sends, list segmentation, and sequences.
- Schedule Facebook and Instagram posts using a scheduler like Metricool or Buffer.
- Create simple graphics in Canva, such as quote cards and carousels.
- Run our content workflow: take my writing, use AI tools to repurpose it into drafts following a written voice guide, and queue them for my review.
- Keep projects and tasks organized, and support inbox and calendar.
- Coordinate simple print fulfillment and mailing. I will train you on this.
- Pull basic weekly numbers from analytics.

MUST HAVE
- Strong, hands-on GoHighLevel experience. You can build a funnel without hand-holding.
- Stripe basics: subscriptions and checkout.
- Social scheduling experience.
- Basic Canva.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to follow a defined process.
- Extremely organized. You follow written instructions exactly.
- Clear, fluent written English.

NICE TO HAVE
- Email marketing and sequence experience.
- Analytics experience, such as PostHog.
- Print, shipping, and fulfillment experience.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This is not a writing or strategy job. I do the writing and the thinking. You make the systems run. If you want to own execution and be genuinely good at it, this is for you.
