About Rig Fab Rig Fab has been an industry partner for welding and fabrication for over 20 years. Our five (5) business units consist of WeldConnect, Supplier Development, Job Placements, Inspection, and Technology. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Manager to maximize the utility of our GHL platform across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level knowledge of GHL, a strong ability to train and support team members, and a proactive approach to leveraging the platform for optimal business outcomes.

Job Overview
As the GoHighLevel (GHL) Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the GHL CRM platform to enhance operational efficiency and drive company-wide initiatives. You will oversee the customization of the system to meet organizational needs, train staff on effective usage, and implement automated processes to improve productivity. Additionally, you will actively sell this SaaS solution to new clients, presenting its features and functionalities online, and engaging with potential customers interested in onboarding. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that Rig Fab fully utilizes GHL’s capabilities to support growth, client success goals, and customer acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management and Optimization
• Oversee the setup, customization, and maintenance of the GoHighLevel platform.
• Develop and implement best practices for utilizing GHL’s features across departments.
• Continuously assess system performance and recommend improvements to align with business objectives.
• Integrate GHL with other tools and systems to streamline workflows and data sharing.

Sales and Client Engagement
• Actively sell the GoHighLevel SaaS to new clients by presenting its features and functionalities.
• Conduct online presentations for potential clients interested in onboarding.
• Work collaboratively with the web design team, graphic designers, and project managers to create marketing materials, advertisements, and sales tactics that drive customer acquisition.
• Develop strategies to onboard new clients effectively, ensuring a seamless transition to the platform.

Automation and Process Development
• Design and deploy automated workflows, email sequences, and SMS campaigns to enhance client engagement and retention.
• Create processes for lead nurturing, onboarding, and certification reminders to improve efficiency.
• Implement automation for recurring tasks, such as follow-ups, reporting, and data entry.

Training and Support
• Provide comprehensive training to team members on GHL functionalities and updates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for GHL-related questions, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Create user guides, tutorials, and documentation to support team learning and adherence to best practices.

Data Management and Reporting
• Ensure data integrity within the GHL system by regularly auditing and cleaning data.
• Generate detailed reports on client interactions, marketing campaign performance, and operational metrics.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Innovation and Strategy
• Stay up-to-date with GHL’s latest features and capabilities, implementing them as appropriate.
• Identify and recommend new strategies for leveraging GHL to support business growth.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback from team members and clients on CRM usage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. Platform Utilization Rate: Achieve 95% or higher adoption of GHL features by team members.
2. Workflow Automation: Implement at least 10 new automated workflows or processes per quarter.
3. Sales Growth: Increase client acquisition by 20% through effective SaaS presentations and onboarding efforts.
4. Data Accuracy: Maintain 98?curacy in CRM data through regular audits.
5. Training Effectiveness: Ensure 90% positive feedback on GHL training sessions.
6. Client Engagement: Increase client engagement metrics by 15% using GHL-driven campaigns.
7. System Uptime: Ensure 99% system uptime and minimal technical issues.

Skills and Qualifications
• Expert Knowledge of GoHighLevel: In-depth understanding of GHL’s CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
• Sales Acumen: Proven experience in selling SaaS solutions and engaging with potential clients to drive onboarding.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to integrate GHL with other platforms and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent ability to train, support, and guide team members and clients effectively.
• Creative Collaboration: Experience working with marketing, design, and project management teams to create sales strategies.
• Analytical Mindset: Capable of interpreting data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities efficiently.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach to addressing challenges and implementing effective solutions.

Preferred:
• Experience in managing CRM systems in a similar industry.
• Familiarity with additional marketing automation platforms or tools.
• Background in training or technical support roles.
