JOB OVERVIEW

GoHighLevel Administrator (aka HighLevel or Go High Level)

Looking for a new teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to support the configuration and administration of GoHighLevel for my clients. This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) that can grow (or transition) into a full-time role for the right person. The right person will know what GoHighLevel can do and use their skills to maximize its capabilities to deliver an incredible experience for clients (and future clients). There will be a combination of internal and external projects, we are an agency.

Responsibilities
Configure and administer GoHighLevel CRM
Create high converting campaigns, funnels, and sales pages
Design multi-step messaging, reminders, and follow up sequences via SMS and email
Track and monitor system automations to ensure they are working as designed
Integrate and exchange data with Google Workspace
Load and maintain course content
Ensure data integrity between systems and integrations

Requirements
Expert knowledge of GoHighLevel
Develop sales funnel strategies. - a thinker, not just a mindless doer
Integration experience with 3rd party tools using native GHL functionality
Experience with Zapier for non-native integrations
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, Calendly)
Knowledge and ability to create a “frictionless experience” for clients
Be available (at least part of the day) during core US hours 8A - 5P MST Monday - Friday

Nice to Have
Native (or close) English skills with ability to write first draft copy
Recent agency experience and/or desire to go deep in Digital Marketing
